Production Control Assistant

We are currently hiring a Production Control Assistant to support our kitchen operations under the guidance of the Executive Chef. This role combines administrative support, stock keeping, quality control, and packing oversight—ensuring smooth, accurate, and high-quality production and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Executive Chef in planning and coordinating daily and weekly production schedules
• Maintain accurate records of production output, ingredient usage, inventory levels, and wastage
• Act as stock keeper for all raw materials, packaging, and supplies:
• Monitor and track incoming stock and storage conditions
• Ensure FIFO rotation and accurate labeling
• Prepare stock requests and coordinate with purchasing
• Conduct basic quality control checks on products before and after baking
• Supervise and assist with packing control of wholesale orders to ensure product accuracy, quality, and presentation before dispatch
• Ensure production documentation (batch sheets, SOPs, QC logs) are updated and followed
• Communicate production and stock updates to relevant departments
• Help maintain cleanliness and compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
  

Requirements

• Experience in a similar administrative, inventory, or kitchen support role is a must
• Open to fresh graduates with strong interest and relevant background
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of food safety and quality control processes
• Proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets)
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Team player with good communication skills
