Job Responsibility

  1. Manage refinery and fractination, boiler, WTP&WWTP plant operation
  2. Plan. control and monitoring all plant activities, cost control.

Job Requirement

  1. Minimum S1/ Bachelor’s Degree, Preferably in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
  2. Minimum 7 or more years of experience in a production or product-management role refinery and fractination.
  3. Preferably experienced in manufacturing company in Palm Oil Industry (Refinery, Fractionation)
  4. Deep knowledge of production management
  5. Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts
  6. Experience in reporting on key production metrics
  7. Proficient in MS Office software
  8. Excellent organizational and leaderships skills
  9. Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach
  10. Multilingual: English and Indonesian both Verbal and written.
  11. Point of Hire Kariangau, Balikpapan.
