In this role, a typical day will include:
- Coordinate and drive production planning activities within the organization to achieve high customer service level and meet or beat the output target
- Analyzes forecasts coming from the distribution centers using Integrated Business Planning (IBP) to ensure accuracy and alignment with build plans
- Collaborates with S&OP to resolve discrepancies in IBP forecast
- Acts as SME for IBP relates inquiries at the site
- To provide support on SAP master data and work closely with Global Master Data as needed
- Accountable for HSE implementation and performance in respective departments. Providing Leadership in respective area and responsible for other HSE activities that Management assigns.
- Bachelor’s degree holder.
- Proficient in SAP
- Experience with IBP or similar planning software/tools
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong data analysis skills.
- Strong project and time management abilities.
- Effective problem-solving skills.
- Good team player
