Production Supervisor / Workshop Head

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Shop Supervisor to lead our production floor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a team of production workers, and ensuring production output meets our high quality standards. This position is crucial to maintaining efficiency and product quality.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities and workers
• Ensure production targets are met on time
• Maintain quality control and safety procedures
• Coordinate with the design and warehouse teams
• Monitor machine and equipment functionality

Ideal Profile

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a shop supervisor or production supervisor
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage work processes under pressure
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in leather or textile production preferred
