Requirements

• Minimum Diploma (D3) degree; a Bachelor’s degree is highly desirable.
• 1-3 years of experience in technical writing, project documentation, or administrative roles.
• Strong ability to transform raw/unstructured data into well-structured documentation.
• Exceptional English proficiency (both written and verbal).
• Highly detail-oriented and capable of managing complex documents.
• Experience with formal reporting and technical diagrams.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word for document creation and formatting.
• Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and perform under high-pressure environments.
• Strong time management skills and experience in remote work settings.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop User Guides from scratch based on system features and functionalities.
• Develop and manage comprehensive technical documentation to support multiple projects.
• Transform raw data from Project Managers (PMs) and Developers into well-structured, clear, and concise documentation.
• Ensure formal reports adhere to company standards and project requirements.
• Design and manage diagrams to visually represent workflows, processes, and system architecture.
• Conduct thorough document reviews to ensure accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail.
• Work exclusively in English, as all documentation must be produced in English.
• Meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment, demonstrating commitment to completing all tasks online.
• Utilize advanced Microsoft Word skills to format and structure documentation effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring effective teamwork and communication.
