Responsibilities

  • Review and develop layout plans, construction drawings, and budgets to ensure project feasibility and cost efficiency for brand Executive , Colorbox , Etcetera, Wood, Wrangler and Jenahara.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Store Design, Business Development, Brand, Opperational, Procurement) and external vendors to support project planning and readiness.
  • Ensure a smooth handover process through joint inspections and accurate final documentation.
  • Maintain organized project documentation weekly for internal updates.
  • Complete defect work so that the store opening runs on time/faster
  • Supervise retail store construction, conduct quality and safety inspections, and ensure timely defect rectification.
  • Prepare job tenders / Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for contractor selection and job allocation to vendors (backwall / loose fixtures)

Requirements

Requirements

  • Educational Background: A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
  • Experience: At least 1 years of proven track record in a construction company with deep knowledge of store fit-out projects in the retail fashion industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, BQ, Computer literacy and familiarity with project management software.
  • Additional Requirements: Willingness to travel as needed for project requirements. Location Based in Tangerang.
