Project Manager AIS / GIS

The Opportunity

Ensure a smooth Project Completion of AIS/GIS/Service Projects as per project plan. Project Execution and carry the mission of the organization on Revenue, Cash Collection and Margin as per budget, ensure the Project are as per HE Plan and Quality as well as HSE standard and keep a communication / relationship with Customer and liaise customer when there is an issue.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• You will involve in Project Management within PGHV Project Natures (AIS, GIS, Service when required) with targets set, ensure the Quality and zero tolerance in Safety, provide a valid data on Project Status, Progress, Issue and Measures taken on weekly basis and tackle effective communication internally and externally with customers based on company interests.
• You will provide support technically and/or operationally to other team members to ensure the projects are on track, budget and propose the Project Disbursement Plan and liaise in customer’s process until payment realization and align the Project Execution with Company Compliance Policy.
• You will act as the company ambassador in front of customers and escalate internally when there is an issue raised that need management decision, responsible for Project Revenue and align with organization target & project budget set and GM improvement, P&L of the projects (Overall).
• You will be familiar with PLN Unit Environment and nature of project communication, ensure safe working procedures and practices are followed at all times including the wearing and maintenance of assigned Personal Protective Equipment; attendance at required health, safety and environment training; report injury, incidents, hazards and near miss events, model safe work behaviors in all aspects of work and actively identify hazards and risk controls.
• You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

• You hold a degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years working experience and at least 3 years in managing project.
• Knowledgeable in Substation Apparatus (AIS/GIS), MS Office literate, Project Management Certificate is a plus.
• Communicative, Good Inter-personal communication, having ownership and showing leadership capability.
• Good and effective communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both writing and speaking).
