Project Manager - Bali

As a Project Manager, you will lead projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring objectives are met within timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and oversee projects from start to finish.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
• Manage budgets, resources, timelines, and risks.
• Lead and support project teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
• Prepare regular project progress reports for management.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or a similar role.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred (But Not Required):

• Proficiency with project management tools
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
