Job Description:

Support project managers to oversee the review, analysis, and evaluation of business systems and user needs, tailoring solutions as per user requirements beyond just procurement mechanisms. They document requirements, define scope and objectives, and formulate systems that align with overall business strategies.

• Coordinate Project Managers and third-party vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Provide financial reports and budget outlines to Executives.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
• Measure project performance.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third-party vendors.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Track project performance to analyze successful completion of short and long-term goals.
• Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields.
• Preferably 2 years of experience in the same field, but fresh graduates are welcome.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and inquisitive.
• Ability to work independently and with others.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
