SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Establish, leading and maintain Kohler business mostly with Top 10 Developers and 2nd
tier developers in direct manner.
2. Establish and maintain regular contact with distributors in assigned area to introduce and
promote the sale of Kohler Indonesia’s products in accordance with company, branch,
marketing goals and policies.
3. Provide guidance and review the activities of distributor sales; provide training and assist
in resolve specific questions or problems related to selling efforts or technical issue.
4. Establish and maintain contact with potential and existing design architects and
developers to create awareness of Kohler’s products in their design and favorite choice of
products.
5. Establish and maintain regular contact with contractors, general contractors, builders,
architects, plumbers and engineers to inform them of the advantages of using products
for their customers.
6. Analyze and evaluate assigned area regarding sales trends and potentials, competition,
economic/business conditions, and distributor performance, recommend changes in
sales programs and distributorships to make area operation more effective in meeting
sales volume quotas.
7. Prepare annual sales forecast for assigned area based on knowledge of area sales
trends and potentials, and area competition and economic/business conditions.
8. Conduct distributor warehouse and on-site consumer inspections as required, serve
distributor and customer complaints regarding product quality, installation or
performance.
9. Ensure smooth handover of approved or specified projects to distributors, and closely
monitor on-time delivery of the products within distributors and customers as well as the
completion of signed contracts.
10. Attend and participate in Company sales meeting and trade or industry meetings, shows
and conventions to increase the knowledge of Kohler Indonesia’s products, improve

selling techniques and cultivate good working relationships with distributors and product
users.
11. Prepare various correspondence, reports and forms related to daily sales activities,
expenses, claims, etc.
12. Sharing knowledge and market intelligence to manager and / or approved colleagues.

INTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS
  • Supervisory: - Directly report to Head of Project Sales, K&B Indonesia
  • Coordination: Supply Chain Management, Finance, Technical Services,
Marketing and Retail Sales

Skills/Requirements

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & PERSONALITY TRAITS REQUIREMENTS
  • University graduated in marketing, interior design, architecture or business administration
preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years experiences in sales area especially in PROJECT SALES area and
demonstrate levels of performance across varied situations
  • Have a strong networking and proven has successfully working with Property Developers
especially Top 10 Developers and 2nd tier property developers.
  • Have relations with Architects, Consultants and Interior design firm
  • Can work under pressure and high targets.
  • Target oriented and aggressive sales characteristic. Can penetrate both directly to
customer or working with distributors.
  • Capability to work independently (analyze, plan, action, control) with initiative and
creativity to ensure operational excellence.
  • Good team player and collaboration with other departments.
  • Experienced in Bath and kitchen industry would be preferred
  • Good command of English communication skills
  • Possess strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. Frequent travels
are required.
  • Have experience with Salesforce.com or Power BI is preferred
  • Good Microsoft office skill: Excel, PPT and MS Word
