Job Description

• Identifying potential suppliers and evaluating their capabilities to meet our requirements.
• Negotiating contracts and pricing with suppliers to secure the best possible terms.
• Placing and tracking purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to foster collaboration and improve service.
• Identifying and implementing cost-saving opportunities in the procurement process.
• Maintaining accurate records of procurement activities and contracts.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of purchasing experience
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices
• Proven negotiation skills and ability to secure favorable terms with suppliers
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends and pricing data
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
