Responsibilities
- Mengimplementasikan sistem penjaminan mutu yang efektif. Seperti Sertifikasi HALAL, SKP, HACCP, BAP, CoC (MSC), GMP.
- Melakukan monitoring dan inspeksi terhadap bahan baku, proses produksi, dan produk jadi untuk memastikan keamanan dan kualitas produk.
- Melaksanakan sistem manajemen kualitas (QMS) yang sesuai dengan standar industri dan peraturan pemerintah.
- Melakukan audit internal untuk memastikan kepatuhan terhadap prosedur QA dan QC.
- Melakukan pengujian kualitas pada bahan baku dan produk jadi, seperti uji mikrobiologi dan kimia.
- Mengawasi dan memonitor serta memberikan rekomendasi setiap tahapan proses produksi untuk mengidentifikasi potensi masalah kualitas.
- S1 Perikanan (Teknologi Hasil Perikanan)
- Memiliki sertifikat HACCP, SSOP, GMP
