Job Summary:

We are hiring a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist with expertise in commercial real estate leases. The role involves reviewing leases, verifying rent schedules, interpreting complex clauses, and ensuring data accuracy in collaboration with an AI model. Strong analytical skills, real estate mathematics proficiency, and attention to detail are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lease Review: Ensure lease data accuracy, verify rent schedules, and check compliance.

• Clause Interpretation: Analyze clauses on percentage rent, CAM, holdover, renewal options, and defaults.

• Mathematical Validation: Perform financial calculations for rent and CAM allocations.

• Information Retrieval: Quickly locate and summarize critical lease terms.

Qualifications:

• Experience in commercial real estate leases or a related field.

• Proficiency in lease-related financial calculations.

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

• Familiarity with lease management systems and Excel.

Compensation

• Type: Effective Hourly
• Remuneration: $1.00 per hour.
• Role: full-time
