What You’ll Do
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for initiating conversations with new contacts to uncover and qualify new opportunities for Teradata in targeted prospect accounts. They are passionate about partnering with customers to unlock the power of data to achieve better outcomes.
In this role, you will collaborate with partners and occasionally visit prospects to deepen relationships and drive new opportunities. Your success will help Teradata grow its New Logo business and continue expanding market share.
Success in this role involves generating a strong pipeline of new logo opportunities that will convert into real business and continue to grow our market share.
Who You’ll Work With
The team consists of six Inside Sales Representatives located in different countries across APJ.
You’ll collaborate closely with the GTM and Marketing teams to establish account engagement plans, including identifying target accounts, personas, prospecting campaigns, messaging, and strategy. Additionally, you'll work with partners to enhance outreach and engagement.
The successful candidate will report to the Area VP for APJ New Logo team.
What Makes You a Qualified Candidate
Minimum of 3+ years of enterprise sales development experience
Previous experience leveraging technology for outreach, research, and nurturing, including but not limited to LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, etc.
Experience working with partners is a plus
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree
Proven track record of success in a similar role
Previous experience selling Analytics, Big Data, and Data Warehousing solutions (preferred but not mandatory)
Strong English communication skills to effectively engage and support customers in English-speaking regions, such as Australia
Work during Australian business hours and ensure effective communication with customers.
Proactive individual with a strong drive to succeed
Ability to travel to meet prospects when needed
