Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide in-depth knowledge and support to internal teams and stakeholders for assigned portfolios.
- Develop effective product messaging, positioning, and promotional materials in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Support the creation of portfolio marketing content tailored to customer segments, and with insights to ensure active demand generation.
- Deliver key market insights and portfolio analysis to global teams, shaping long-term growth and innovation strategies.
- Execute Go-to-Market strategies and regional growth plans, including new product launches and market share expansion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of initiatives, enhancing customer experience and business impact.
- Manage regional product data, reporting, and insights to support decision-making and business growth.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Microbiology, Food Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 3–5 years in product marketing or product management within B2B portfolios, preferably in a regional capacity.
- Skills:
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities, with a proven track record in developing and executing marketing plans.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, engaging effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactive, independent, and results-driven with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Highly organized and detail-focused, with strong project management capabilities.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to dynamic business priorities.
- Enthusiastic, team-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement and innovation.
- Travel: Up to 20% or more may be needed.
