- 15+ years of sales leadership experience in the FMCG sector.
- Proven success in driving revenue growth and expanding market share.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
- Experience with CRM tools and data-driven sales decision-making.
