- This role is responsible to help achieve RR Sales Target to support Partnership Distribution growth, namely the increase of AFYP, Regular Premium Sales, Insurance Advisor Productivity and Persistency in the supervised areas.
- Successful experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Min of a Bachelor degree, preferably from Finance, Business and Sales background.
- Having a Certification in Financial Planning, leadership and/or Sales Management are preferable
- A 5 years plus of experience in managing Bancassurance business
- Develop sales strategy to ensure RR sales target is achieved
- Actively coordinate with related Departments to support functions, such as budgeting, event, manpower, to ensure activities are run smoothly
- Monitor data of sales achievement as well as sales performance related to production and contest
- Ensuring Sales Quality is excellent using sales indicators of persistency, client satisfaction, and productivity
