Job Description:
- Understand the flow of the projects and be able to identify the risks within those projects
- Together with business, able to translate those risks and mitigations to risk registers
- Manage the risk registers on daily basis and liaise with other stakeholders
- Monitor, assess, and review internal controls activities overtime
- Analyse risk event and recommend improvements to prevent re-occurence of risk event in the future
- Coordinate with Business Process Improvement (BPI Team) to improve controls that do not work (if any)
- Review policy and procedures to strengthen the internal controls
- Help to quantify the risks of projects to be align with risk appetite matrix of the company
- Prepare the monitoring reports to management (including related stakeholders)
- Bachelor degree in the areas ofBusiness Management/ Finance/ Accounting background
- At least 5 years experience as an internal audit/ external audit/ operational risk, preferably from FMCG / e-commerce companies
- Specifically be able to review and improve internal control implementation of projects
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Have ability to work collaboratively with others
- Have high ability to work effectively under pressure and meet established goals and objectives within the specified deadline
- Able to translate findings into a written, concise, and clear report
