Tasks

The Sales Administrator will provide vital support to the sales team by preparing quotations, managing sales documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between clients, suppliers, and internal teams. This role is essential in maintaining accurate records, streamlining sales processes, and enabling the sales team to focus on building client relationships and driving revenue.


Key Responsibilities



  • Prepare and issue quotations, sales proposals, and invoices in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Maintain and update client records, contracts, and price lists in the CRM system.

  • Liaise with suppliers, logistics, and operations teams to confirm product availability, lead times, and delivery schedules.

  • Support the sales team in coordinating meetings, client follow-ups, and preparing presentation materials.

  • Monitor and track sales orders, ensuring all documentation is complete and aligned with company policies.

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone, escalating to the sales team when required.

  • Ensure compliance with company processes, pricing policies, and documentation standards.


Requirements

Key Requirements



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

  • 2+ years of experience in sales administration, customer service, or a similar role.

  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with CRM systems is an advantage.

  • Excellent communication skills in English; Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Positive, proactive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
