Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Information Technology, Marketing, Communications, or Management
• Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce or online sales with proven ability to lead a team
• Strong analytical skills
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopee, TikTok, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written
• Integrity, positive mindset, and a growth-oriented attitude
• Passionate about fashion and sales

Responsibilities

E-Commerce & WooCommerce Management

• Review and maintain company e-commerce platforms to ensure smooth and engaging user experiences
• Keep product listings updated with attractive visuals aligned with company briefs
• Host live sessions on online sales platforms with energy, fun, and interactive communication
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams
• Develop in-depth knowledge of Paramatex products and services
• Prepare and manage regular online sales reports

Ads Review & Support

• Assist the Marketing Strategist in testing promotions and campaigns
• Monitor ad performance and analyze their impact on sales

Online Sales Coordination

• Organize and schedule live hosting sessions across various platforms
• Respond to incoming chats on all platforms within 24 hours — friendly, fun, yet professional
• Coordinate with the team to ensure customer orders are prepared and shipped on time
• Liaise with delivery services and logistics partners for smooth transactions

Other Responsibilities

• Contribute fresh ideas for website content, digital marketing, and product displays
• Support the marketing team during events or campaigns
