  • Menjelaskan detail layanan Paxel
  • Menjelaskan terkait tarif, berat & volume
  • Detail prosedur pengiriman
  • Memberikan detail informasi coverage area

Membantu meng-edukasi penggunaan User Apps

  • Mengarahkan komplain customer ke sistem customer service Paxel
  • Menggali informasi potensi customer walk in dan menginformasikan leads potensi kepada Branch Head

Proses Claim dan Problem Solving

  • Membantu first respon customer yang Walk In, dan berkoordinasi dengan Branch Officer dalam penanganan paket yang mengalami kendala.
  • Memandu customer menyampaikan komplain ke sistem customer service
  • Membantu proses serta prosedur claim untuk customer potensial
  • Membantu serta menangani detail laporan barang rusak dan atau hilang

Monitoring

  • Membantu Branch Head me-monitoring tactical commercial program yang berjalan
