Sales Data Analyst

Location: BSD Office, Tangerang

About The Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Sales Data Analyst to join Flora Food Group Indonesia. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in data analysis to drive sales growth, improve customer engagement, and enhance overall business performance. You will be responsible for translating complex data into actionable insights, ensuring our sales strategies are backed by data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Data Analysis & Reporting

• Collect, process, and analyze sales data from CRM systems, market reports, and financial databases.
• Identify trends, market opportunities, and customer behavior patterns to inform strategic decisions.
• Create and maintain visualized sales performance dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to communicate key insights.
  
  

Sales Forecasting & Planning

• Develop data-backed sales forecasts to support strategic planning and optimize inventory management.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to establish targets, quotas, and performance metrics.
• Use historical sales data and market trends to refine forecasting accuracy.
  
  

Business Insights & Strategy Support

• Conduct competitor and market analyses to identify opportunities and potential risks.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve sales strategies, pricing models, and promotional activities.
• Support senior management with clear, data-driven insights for business growth decisions.
  
  

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to understand data needs and provide analytical support.
• Work with IT and data engineering teams to enhance data integration and reporting capabilities.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales success and optimize performance.
  
  

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

• Stay updated on sales analytics trends, emerging tools, and best practices.
• Drive automation initiatives for streamlined sales reporting and data management.
• Develop process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in sales analysis.
  
  

What You’ll Need To Succeed

Experience & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales analysis, sales operations, or business analytics.
• FMCG industry experience is mandatory—familiarity with FMCG sales channels, customer segmentation, and market trends is essential.
• Expertise in business intelligence tools such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
