  • Identify and develop opportunities in the hardrock mining sector to drive sales of KSB products and services.
  • Execute sales plans and strategies aligned with the objectives of the hardrock mining division.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers, understanding their operations and offering appropriate solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals, ensuring alignment with customer requirements.
  • Support the negotiation and closing of deals in collaboration with the Hardrock Mining Sales teams.
  • Provide technical expertise to customers, including pump selection, system design, and troubleshooting.
  • Conduct site visits to assess customer needs, system requirements, and provide on-site recommendations.
  • Assist in the development of tailored solutions for mining operations, ensuring the suitability and reliability of KSB products.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including TSS (Technical Sales Support) and Order Engineering, to ensure the feasibility of proposed solutions.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with customers to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
  • Monitor and follow up on project progress to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to timelines.
  • Build trust and long-term relationships with customers by delivering excellent service and support.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, customer interactions, and market insights to the Hardrock Mining Sales General Manager.
  • Utilize CRM tools (e.g., C4C) to track sales activities, manage customer data, and support strategic planning.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with KSB’s Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) policies and standards.
  • Address hazards, risks, and environmental impacts related to customer projects and ensure their mitigation.
  • Work collaboratively with the hardrock mining sales team and other internal departments (e.g., SCM, Purchasing, Service) to deliver seamless customer solutions.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing and team development by participating in training, workshops, and technical discussions.
