As a Sales Executive, you will be a key player in driving business growth by managing sales efforts in the coatings or plastic industry. Your role will involve building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for selling pigments, resins, and additives to various industries, contributing to the overall sales targets of the company.

As a Sales Executive, you will be a key player in driving business growth by managing sales efforts in the coatings or plastic industry. Your role will involve building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for selling pigments, resins, and additives to various industries, contributing to the overall sales targets of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the coatings and plastic industries.
- Sell pigments, resins, and additives to the coatings industry, or pigments and additives for masterbatch and PVC industries.
- Identify new business opportunities and work towards achieving sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service to maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends, and apply this to sales strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and support client needs.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Chemical or Plastic Engineering.
- 4 to 10 years of experience in selling pigments, resins, or additives in the coatings, masterbatch, or PVC industries.
- Proven sales track record and strong communication skills.
- Ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Experience in a similar industry will be considered if the candidate has an exceptional track record.
