What will you do every day?
You will be responsible for growing Haptik’s business in the Indonesia. You will actively prospect clients, build relationships and close business and also be responsible for partner development in the region including system integrators and referral partners. You will work closely with various groups within the company to help drive business growth in the region.
This position reports into the VP, APAC, overall working closely with the leadership in the company. While you know how to work hard, you also know how to have fun at work and make friends with your colleagues

Ok, you're sold, but what are we looking for in the perfect candidate?
- Owning the sales quota for Indonesia region
- Generating leads from within your network and from business development activities
- Managing end to end deal cycle and building and maintaining the deal pipeline
- Supporting the Partnerships team and Leveraging leads from Partnerships in the region
- Working closely and guiding local BDR to build healthy and sustainable pipeline
- Using Hubspot for deal tracking
- Effectively tapping into the Haptik's ecosystem to utilize all available resources
- Working closely and guiding business development representatives
- Work on converting Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) into Sales Qualified Leads (SQL)
- Based in Jakarta with high mobility
- Good networking and understanding in Enterprise and Mid-market space
- 0 to 1, 1 to 10 growth mindset
- Bilingual (Bahasa Indonesia native speaker and fluent in English)
- Min. 5-6 years of enterprise or tech sales experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Meets the values framework of Haptik of having an entrepreneurial DNA, high aptitude, and extremely persevering attitude
- Ability to work well within a team and individually
- Prior experience in a Meta BSP / chatbot company is a plus
- Requirements is such a strong word. We don’t necessarily expect to find a candidate that has done everything listed, but you should be able to make a credible case that you’ve done most of it and are ready for the challenge of adding some new things to your resume
