Senior Account Officer - Bandung

As a Senior Account Officer for Bandung, you will play a critical role in driving our expansion efforts in the city. Your primary responsibilities will involve conducting detailed surveys of potential borrowers and their properties, coordinating with key stakeholders, and acting as the primary point of contact between our company and local partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Surveys and Assessment: Conduct comprehensive surveys on potential borrowers and their properties, evaluating their creditworthiness and suitability for loans.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the liaison between borrowers, banking partners, notaries, and other local partners to ensure smooth transactions.
• Partner Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with banking institutions and partners to facilitate borrower approvals and loan processing.
• Partner Support: Providing training and assistance to our banking partners in using our tools.
• Local Market Insight: Utilize your banking knowledge and local expertise to provide strategic insights and recommendations to headquarters.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all borrower information, loan documents, and partner agreements are in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 5-10 years of experience as an Account Officer or similar role in a top-tier bank, with proven expertise in managing borrower relations and loan assessments.
• Banking Knowledge: Strong background in banking processes, loan assessments, and borrower profiling, with a deep understanding of local market dynamics.
• Coordination Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including borrowers, notaries, and financial partners, while ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Fieldwork: Willingness to conduct on-site surveys and field assessments as required.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (preferred).
• Placement: Willing to be placed in Bandung. With the first 3 months of employment in our Jakarta Headquarters.
