Senior Engineer Supplier Quality Management

• Working with the internal team and supplier for improvement, production material feedback, and verification.
• Coordination of MRB (Material Review Board) for material issue handling/ improvement
• Review SCAR / 8D management with the supplier to make an overall improvement
• Conduct Supplier visit / Audit with IATF requirement/ VDA6.3
• Drive Supplier improvement/projects/ assessment
• Be accountable for internal customer satisfaction related to the quality indices of line disturbances and supplier quality

• Bachelor's degree or above major in electrical/electronic engineering or Physics or Chemistry or Material Science
• Minimum of 3 years of semiconductor quality or engineering working experience.
• Good knowledge of Quality Systems and tools like 8D, SPC, FMEA, etc.
• Semiconductor backend or automotive industry experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and driving skills.
• Good analytic and problem-solving skills.
• Good English both oral and written.
• Team player with good moderation skills as well as experience interacting with internal teams and suppliers
