Senior Executive, Procurement

WHAT YOU’LL CHAMPION: Supplier Performance & Compliance: Manage day-to-day supplier performance and ensure compliance with agreed-upon terms and conditions. Relationship Management: Build and maintain effective working relationships with suppliers and internal business units to facilitate smooth procurement processes. Purchase Order Management: Efficiently manage Purchase Requisition (PR) to Purchase Order (PO) processes, ensuring accuracy and timely execution. Negotiation: Conduct negotiations for ad-hoc contracts and smaller-scale procurement requirements. Problem Solving & Support: Actively identify challenges and propose solutions to optimize procurement activities, providing value-add support to the Procurement Manager. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate proactively and clearly with internal stakeholders regarding their procurement needs and status updates. Process Improvement Support: Assist in the implementation and adherence to streamlined group procurement practices. WHO YOU ARE: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 3-4 years of solid experience in procurement and sourcing. Demonstrated negotiation and account management skills. Experience in managing supplier relationships and compliance.
