Senior Finance Analyst - FMCG - Sidoarjo, East Java

Main Role & Responsibilities:
The main function is as a Finance Business Partner, that most of the responsibility is to manage and control all operation finance, projects, management reporting and financial KPI

• Provide analysis on actual financial achievement and its gap vs Forecast, Budget, Prior Year and suggest improvement to management,
• Lead collaboration with cross function for working capital improvement, cost saving initiative, profit enhancement including monitoring and tracking company's financial KPI.
• Responsible in handling product costing, standard price, variance analysis and its margin analysis, cost roll up as well as monitor and control its improvement action
• Handling forecasting and budgeting including monitoring the achievement, analyzing the gap and lead alignment with cross function PIC.
• Support, review and analysis capex/projects proposal with its spending progress/tracker
• Provide initiatives and support for any finance process improvement/ digitalization and its internal control
• Responsible on periodic and ad hoc site management reporting as allocated from time to time by the FC/Department head

Qualification:

• Hold Bachelor's degree in accounting, or Master's degree
• Minimum 8 years experiences working in Finance on Manufacturing MNC, preference in FP&A & costing
• Strong analysis skills, good understanding on accounting and finance process and its internal control
• Hold any lean process management certification (six sigma, IQRS,etc) is a plus
• Advance excel skills.
• Ability to work independently and able to lead with close coordination with other finance team members and other functional leads.
• Superior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a view of the big picture
• Willing to be placed in Sidoarjo, East Java
