What you will do:

• Analyze financial data and perform financial forecasting and reporting
• Report on financial performance and prepare for regular business reviews
• Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements
• Assist with monthly financial reporting and work closely with accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Assist with quarterly sales incentive calculations.
• Work closely with business leader to prepare budget, outlook, and track profit / loss performance by business units
• Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
• Maintain a strong financial analysis foundation creating forecasts
• Liaising with other departments and business units on a range of issues.
• Liaise closely with business & shared service center IBC RTR team and CFM to ensure smooth transaction entry in SAP system.
• Maintain banking relationships and relationship with other external parties and consultants
• Assist on internal and external audit process in preparing, collecting supporting docs for data sampling.
• Ad-hoc task as assigned by Finance Controller.

What we look for:

• +8 years of business finance or other relevant experience
• English Fluently
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics
• Strong analytical and data gathering skills
• Good business acumen
• Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• SAP knowledge
• Hyperion Financial Management Knowledge
