What you will do:
- Analyze financial data and perform financial forecasting and reporting
- Report on financial performance and prepare for regular business reviews
- Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements
- Assist with monthly financial reporting and work closely with accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Assist with quarterly sales incentive calculations.
- Work closely with business leader to prepare budget, outlook, and track profit / loss performance by business units
- Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
- Maintain a strong financial analysis foundation creating forecasts
- Liaising with other departments and business units on a range of issues.
- Liaise closely with business & shared service center IBC RTR team and CFM to ensure smooth transaction entry in SAP system.
- Maintain banking relationships and relationship with other external parties and consultants
- Assist on internal and external audit process in preparing, collecting supporting docs for data sampling.
- Ad-hoc task as assigned by Finance Controller.
What we look for:
- +8 years of business finance or other relevant experience
- English Fluently
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics
- Strong analytical and data gathering skills
- Good business acumen
- Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- SAP knowledge
- Hyperion Financial Management Knowledge
