• Collaborate with the business analysts (BA) and technical specialists during the requirement gathering phase to review & accept the requirements
• Prepares test plans, test cases and test scripts. Write test cases and test scenarios for assigned project
• Execute regression tests, functional tests, and data tests
• Report, track, and determine priority of reported defects
• Works with the development Team during system testing, performance testing, security testing, regression testing, and UAT
• Test environment setup, issues tracking and coordinating with users and tech team to resolve the issues
• Quality audit support to confirm QA practice
• Actively support UAT to ensure on time delivery
• Stays abreast of QA & Testing best practice and latest available tools, frameworks, and standards
• Knowledge of web and mobile application testing, with good time management and keen eye for details to ensure quality and timely output
• Knowledge on Back End testing, checking of Database, logs and API
• Detect, report and track defects in the application tools and with various stakeholders to ensure proper closure of issues.
• Collaborate with all stakeholders proactive to complete job assigned from clarification to issue closure.
• Good with documentation as constant update to project changes will need to be updated timely

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or other related discipline
• Minimum 5 years' experience with manual testing, gathering requirements, and transform into functional test cases for web, mobile and processes application
• Proficiency in building test cases
• Experience with technical testing such as Database checking, Sentry, API, and New relic
• Experience with organizing test catalog and execution of test strategy
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira
• Proficiency in automation testing is a plus
• Excellent communication & collaborative skills especially in fluent spoken and written English
• Willing to work in Mid shift (European timezone)
