Senior Procurement Manager - Home Care Indonesia

Home Care ID Business Unit (HC ID BU) has a coverage of up to 500mEU TO. With iconic brands such as Sunlight, Rinso, Molto, Vixal, Wipol and more. In this role, you will be responsible for Procurement business partnering for Home Care Indonesia with a controllable spend of more than 200mEU – to bring solutions to adapt to the ever changing market needs, to keep our relevance and competitiveness strong, to fuel investment behind our brands. Indonesia Home Care stands out by being one of the most dynamic markets in the world, where our Indonesia Home Care procurement team is proud to bring to life solutions that are referenced and inspire the world. You will use your business acumen to develop and drive a solid procurement strategy that helps to deliver sustainable growth, profitability, resilience and competitiveness to our business. You will have the opportunity to bring the right packaging, raw material and collaborative manufacturing solutions to the table, and will be supported by a global network of Procurement professionals and material specialists in developing the best solutions for your market. In this high visibility and impactful role in one of the biggest BUs in Indonesia, you will be business partnering the General Manager – Home Care Indonesia who is also the CEO of Unilever Indonesia, and his Home Care Leadership Team. You will be reporting to the Head of Procurement – Home Care Greater Asia & Indonesia (based in Thailand), and be part of a dynamic team that learns and inspires each other, a team that truly Leads From The Front. Beyond Procurement, you will be working closely with cross function teams in supply chain, marketing, R&D and more, to create a holistic business impact. A strong sense of ownership, independence, communication, influencing, stakeholder management skills are a must.
