Job Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets for Surgical Vision Equipment within assigned territory.
- Implement marketing strategies and complete sales plans to drive growth.
- Identify new market opportunities and applications for volume expansion.
- Analyze sales data to uncover trends and improve productivity.
- Train and support healthcare professionals (HCPs/ECPs) on product usage.
- Build strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and optical channels in both private and public sectors.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on equipment strategy and KOL engagement.
- Ensure all sales activities align with company and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in medical device sales, preferably ophthalmology or surgical vision. FMCG experience are welcome to apply too!
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving market growth.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data and trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging HCPs.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience in training and supporting healthcare professionals on technical products.
- Willingness to travel and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
