Basic Requirements

• Proven AI-first mindset—you leverage AI tools as the starting point, not an afterthought
• 4+ years of battle-tested experience in software development, with a focus on server-side web applications

• Mastery of cloud-native development and serverless architectures, particularly in AWS environments
• Demonstrated expertise with GenAI code assistants (e.g., Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, v0.dev)

Working with Crossover

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
