Senior Staff Engineer Product Test Engineering

• Responsible for BE Test Package (Test Program, Test Board) qualification and productive release
• Provide clear analyses, perform TP debugging and propose corrective action to Business Unit Test Engineering
• Close collaboration with Process, Equipment and Test Engineer to narrow down root cause, and solve Product/TP issues in term of yield, stability, and quality
• Develop and maintain yield roadmap, dashboards, and reports to track yield performance, and provide insights to stakeholders
• Setup effective firewall at test, perform Lot on Hold risk assessment, provide disposition, and drive for improvement.

• Bachelor’s in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
• Have >5relevant years of experience in maufacturing
• Good in electronics understanding & knowledgeable in semiconductor processes, automotive product application, and instrumentation
• Excellent analytical statistical method, problem-solving method (T6S,8D)
• Good proficiency in English, and communication skills
• Experience in leading improvement project / leading a team, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
