Role Description
We are looking for a purpose-driven and strategic Sr. Strategic Planner to craft impactful, insight-led narratives for O2O (online to offline) integrated campaigns, with a focus on integrating across social media platforms while maintaining the personalization approach of each platform.
You will be required to do in-depth market research by combining quantitative and qualitative approaches to deliver data-driven campaign strategy that drives integrated cross-channel campaign activation. As well as responsible for shaping the overall social marketing strategy, translating behavioral and cultural insights into actionable campaign frameworks, and ensuring that all online and offline touchpoints work cohesively to drive campaign effectiveness.
As the Sr. Strategic Planner, you will work closely with creative, account, and community teams—you will set the strategic direction, craft tests‑and‑learn roadmaps, and define KPIs framework that led to the campaign success and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Campaign Research & Strategy
- Lead in-depth market analysis to identify trends, audience behaviors, and emerging opportunities.
- Interpret consumer insights, competitor activities, and industry benchmarks to inform campaign direction.
- Translate data-driven findings into actionable insights for creative and media teams.
- Define clear campaign goals, positioning, and messaging frameworks tailored to target audiences and media platform.
- Transform research insights into innovative campaign concepts and storytelling directions.
- Develop audience segmentation strategies, customer journeys, and touchpoint mapping.
Design the Social Marketing Mix & O2O Journey
- Build integrated O2O campaign frameworks that connect social media, influencer marketing, and community-based interventions with KOL activations.
- Design the structure of O2O funnels linking digital touchpoints (IG/FB/X/LinkedIn/TikTok/YouTube) with offline activations.
- Guide media and activation teams to align messaging, frequency, and touchpoints to maximize impact.
Insight‑to‑Creative & Media Integration
- Write sharp strategy decks, comms frameworks, behavioral nudges, messaging hierarchies, and creative briefs; guide creative territories and content calendars.
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure campaigns have clear comms objectives and resonate deeply with target audiences.
- Introduce fresh strategic frameworks, tools, and methodologies to strengthen campaign planning.
Performance Forecasting & KPIs
- Establish measurable KPIs for campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand and business goals.
- Provide pre-campaign performance forecasts and scenario planning to manage expectations.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign results, translating learnings into strategic recommendations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field; a background in Communications or Marketing is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in strategic planner work. Having experience handling project in finance or banking is a plus.
- Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to create cohesive messaging across various formats.
- Excellent writing skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, with a portfolio that demonstrates cultural relevance and emotional storytelling.
- Ability to turn quantitative-qualitative insights into actionable and persuasive copy.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
