Service Engineering Senior Manager

Job Summary:
As the Service Engineering Senior Manager at BYD Indonesia, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the service engineering operations across Indonesia. You will manage a team of service engineers and technicians, ensuring the efficient delivery of maintenance, repair, and technical support services for BYD's electric vehicles (EVs) and related products. Your role will involve strategic planning, team management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance service quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibility
1)Responsible for the implementation of market service standards and service quality management;
2)Responsible for market service policy landing and implementation;
3)Responsible for market customer care and development system construction and management;
4)Responsible for market service marketing, service provider service operation and business management;
5)Responsible for the development and management of after-sales related used car circulation and charging pile installation services;
6)Responsible for collecting spare parts, supplies and labor hour price information, and making spare parts, supplies pricing strategy and labor hour price according to the requirements of headquarters;
7)Responsible for service informationization landing;
8)Responsible for market customer complaint management;
9)Responsible for after-sales training docking and implementation
Education/Experience
1) 22-45 years old, gender is not limited;
2) Full-time bachelor degree or above, with more than 3 years of experience in after-sales operation and related management work in OEMs or automobile importers;
3)Familiar with Indonesian national automotive after-sales related laws and regulations;
4)Healthy body, decent features, positive and enterprising;
5) Good service consciousness and communication and coordination skills;
6) Good knowledge of electric vehicles, especially BYD brand, and passionate about automotive after-sales service;
7) Good self-management and learning ability;
8) English or Chinese working ability is preferred.
About the team
The after-sales department of BYD Indonesia is mainly responsible for after-sales service planning and management, including customer service, spare parts, technology and others of after-sales business policy, technical support, business assessment and improvement, etc. The work of the after-sales department is aimed at improving customer satisfaction and loyalty, ensuring the quality and reliability of the products or services after sales, handling customer inquiries, complaints and claims, optimizing after-sales service processes, and improving operational efficiency.
