About POLAR

We’re based in Surabaya at Lagoon Avenue Mall Sungkono, and we’re on the lookout for individuals who are passionate, full of heart, and excited to work with children.

Role: Shadow Teacher

As a Shadow Teacher, you’ll be working closely with students who need extra support in the classroom. You’ll also collaborate with teachers, parents, and professionals to ensure a smooth and supportive learning experience.

Your Responsibilities:

  Assist students in class to stay engaged with the curriculum

  Support social, emotional, and academic development

  Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals

  Join school events, meetings, and training sessions

  Report on students’ progress regularly

What You Need:

Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology or Education

Available for part-time or full-time work

Proficient in both English and Bahasa
