Shift Leader

About The Role

Join us as an Electrical and Instrument Shift Leader at Karunia Prima Nastari (KPN CORP.), a leading engineering company located in Karawaci, Banten. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the electrical and instrumentation operations across our facility, ensuring efficient and effective performance of critical systems.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage and coordinate the work of the electrical and instrumentation teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards
• Monitor and optimise the performance of electrical and instrumentation systems, identifying and resolving any issues that arise
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members, sharing your expertise to improve their skills and knowledge
• Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless integration of electrical and instrumentation activities with the overall operations
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to protect the wellbeing of your team and the wider workforce
• Participate in the planning and execution of maintenance schedules to maximise asset uptime
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures within your area of responsibility
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• 8+ years of experience in an electrical and/or instrumentation leadership role, preferably within the engineering industry
• Proven track record of successfully managing teams and leading projects to completion
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels
• Thorough understanding of relevant electrical and instrumentation standards, regulations and best practices
• Familiarity with the latest technologies and trends in electrical and instrumentation engineering
