Job Purpose

FOREO is seeking a proactive Social Media Intern to support & research content, community, and partnership efforts across IG and TikTok. Assist with planning, posting, engagement, and UGC coordination. Ideal candidates are strong communicators, familiar with the SEA market.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALITIES

• Qualifications: Preferably enrolled or Completed a degree in Marketing, PR or related field.
• Proactive, resourceful, supportive, understands the Social Media environment, relationship building and is a reliable person.
• Internet savvy and loves online trends - can find, plan and execute them in time
• Independently solving problems and minor issues if/when they arise
• Open to using AI for Social Media advantage (content creation, ideas, decks).
• Experience working in or with SEA markets is highly desirable.
• Strong networking skills and extroverted-when-needed character
• Great communication skills

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Content Support

• Assist in creating and postings (IG & TikTok)
• Draft content ideas for campaigns, trends, or seasonal moments (research / execute)
• Source or edit visuals, videos, or UGC for posting (basic Photoshop, Canva or CapCut skills often required)

Community Management

• Reply to comments, DMs, and mentions
• Like, reply, and engage with followers to boost activity and maintain brand voice
• Flag any unusual activity or sensitive comments

Content Planning & Organization

• Help maintain the content calendar
• Track deadlines for upcoming posts, campaigns, and KOL/UGC collaborations
• Take meeting notes and follow up on internal tasks
• Help accumulate and organize data from FOREO Social Media accounts

Influencer, UGC & Brand Outreach

• Research and create a list of new creators to collaborate with
• DM-ing or emailing creators for collabs or repost permissions
• Track deliverables and deadlines from UGC
• Preparing decks for brand partnership outreach

Trend & Platform Research

• Constantly researching and presenting weekly TikTok/Instagram trends
• Suggest formats or ideas to test based on what’s in the research
• Research platform updates or tools (e.g., Reels features, IG algorithm tips)

Collaboration & Coordination

• Work closely with internal teams (content and e-commerce team) to ensure seamless campaign executions
• Take brief from ecommerce team in order to create monthly copy for Social Media Ads
