Duties & Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Develop engaging content for various social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and stories, while ensuring consistency with the brand’s voice and values.
- Track and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) across social media platforms, generate detailed performance reports, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Actively interact with followers, respond to comments and direct messages, and build relationships with online communities to foster brand loyalty.
- Ensure the company’s image and reputation are maintained positively across all social media channels, addressing any issues or negative feedback promptly and professionally.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, including promotional, engagement, and awareness campaigns, ensuring objectives are met and campaigns are optimized for performance.
- Keep up with the latest trends and updates in social media and digital marketing to apply new strategies and techniques to improve brand presence.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience managing corporate or personal social media accounts.
- Must have the ability to speak proper English.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in social media marketing, with a track record of successfully managing and growing social media channels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in developing social media strategy.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and content aesthetics.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to evolving social media trends and algorithms.
