Social Media Specialist

Job Description:

As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the daily social media presence of multiple clients, adapting strategies to meet their specific goals. You will contribute to creating and sharing engaging content, measuring performance, and providing personalized follow-up.

Key Responsabilities:

• Develop and implement customized social media strategies for multiple clients
• Create, schedule, and publish content (posts, videos, stories, articles) tailored to each brand and audience
• Manage, moderate, and grow the online communities of each client
• Track and analyze key performance indicators, proposing regular optimizations
• Conduct competitive and sector-specific monitoring to adjust strategies accordingly
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (creative, marketing) and clients to ensure consistency and quality of content

Requirements:

• Degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field
• Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in social media management, preferably in an agency or multi-client environment
• Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics platforms (Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, etc.)
• Excellent writing skills and creativity, fluent English required
• Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple client projects autonomously
• Familiarity with graphic design tools is a plus

Preferred (But Not Required):

• Analytics tools: Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Sprout Social, Hootsuite
• Project management: Notion, Trello, ClickUp
• Experience creating social media campaigns for brands across different industries.
• Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and digital advertising.
• Ability to generate reports and insights to guide strategy adjustments.
