Software engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain back-end components of our web applications using industry-standard technologies and frameworks.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code that adheres to best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure the stability and reliability of our systems.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.  
• Proven experience in back-end web development, with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language commonly used for back-end development (e.g., Laravel, Node.js)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A passion for building innovative and impactful software solutions.
• Experience working in a fintech or financial services environment is a plus.

Additional Skills:

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud).
• Experience with database management systems especially MySQL.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
