Solution Architect

• Design and implement robust solutions across core and digital banking applications, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Develop architectural frameworks and blueprints using the TOGAF framework to guide application and infrastructure alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, translating them into architectural solutions that integrate core banking systems and satellite applications.
• Model and document system processes using UML modelling and process flow diagrams, creating a clear, actionable architecture for development teams.
• Use prototyping tools (e.g., Figma) to create mock-ups and visual aids for project stakeholders, facilitating understanding of the architectural design.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain best practices in solution design across transaction and digital banking, treasury, and trade finance systems.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of the architecture, maintaining alignment with business, operational, and regulatory needs.

• Minimum Qualifications: Minimum 5+ years of work experience in IT Solution Architect (Application Specialist)
• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or similar major.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture, APIs, Middleware technology.
• Experience to build application with a few integrations from concepts to launch.
• Ability to create PoC, TSD, or HLD (High-Level-Design)
• Strong in infrastructure, operations, security, database management and cloud services.
• Proven experience in containers and orchestration technology (e.g Docker, Kubernetes)
• Basic fundamentals in OOP language such as Java, Go, Python or SQL.
