About The Role

The role Specialist LMS Administrator will provide comprehensive support to end users of Thiess’s Learning Management System, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.

In this role, you will:

• Maintain data integrity, troubleshoot system issues, and uphold compliance with industry-specific learning standards and safety regulations. Proactively identify opportunities for system improvements and user engagement to enhance overall learning effectiveness.
• Understand what is expected in the role and strive to achieve performance expectations and agreed performance standards.
• Participate in the performance management process, including the creation of performance note in the approved system.
• Users experiencing issues such as login, course access difficulties or user management.
• Configuration of Locations, positions, and teams for new projects
• Diagnosing and resolving issues like content loading errors, broken links, or system performance problems
• Additional reporting not available for local training teams to generate.
• Offering guidance or tutorials to help users understand how to navigate the LMS, access courses, track progress, and complete assessments.
• Content completion verifications in line with approved process.
• Ensuring end users (Project Administrators and training teams) are utilising the LMS in line with the approved processes.
  
  
  

About You

• Previous LMS Administration experience essential
• Experience with Adult Learning methods is desirable.
• Previous Mining Industry experience is desirable
• Effective time management skills, ability to adhere to strict deadlines.
• Strong verbal, interpersonal and written communication skill in Bahasa and English is essential
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to provide guidance, advice, and influence where appropriate to achieve desired outcomes
• Microsoft 365 (specifically Power BI) and service now
