Qualifications

  • At least high school / vocational school education.
  • At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing, especially in the IT industry.
  • Have basic knowledge of ERP system.
  • Have communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Target-oriented, flexible, and able to work under pressure.
  • Able to identify customer needs.
  • Proficient in using CRM and office applications.
  • Able to work in a team and independently.
  • Willing to join immediately and WFO in Yogyakarta.
