Job Descriptions

• Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the center, including ensuring the safety of students, maintaining the cleanliness of the center, and managing learning timetables.
• Manage and improve the quality of the center's staff and teachers.
• Perform important administrative tasks for the center.
• Ensure that the branch achieves its OKR targets (Revenue, profitability, number of students, student satisfaction, and retention) in accordance with the annual budget.
• Prepare an annual business plan and monthly reports for management.
• Create consistent marketing activities and utilize the areas business potential.

Job Requirement

• sExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, both in English and Bahasa
• .Excellent computer skills and MS Office proficiency
• .Strong managerial skills and good business acumen
• .Minimum Bachelor's degree and at least 2-3 years of relevant working experience as a Branch Manager, Customer Service, and Salesperson
