Store Project Coordinator Expansion

Responsibilities:

• Creating detailed project plans, including timelines and budgets for Dekoruma Expansion Store Project
• Supervising and guiding the design & project manager team
• Identifying and managing project risks and issues
• Lead the design team through the entire project lifecycle, ensuring designs align with project goals, client requirements, and regulatory standards. Oversee design development, ensuring functionality, aesthetic quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Identify potential risks or issues in the design phase, developing mitigation strategies to prevent project delays, budget overruns, or quality issues.

Minimum Qualifications: A Project Design Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing design projects from start to finish (both for expansion and maintenance project)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in design management or project management, preferably within the relevant industry (Retail, Construction)
• Proficiency in design and project management software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Project.
• Strong ability to lead, inspire, and motivate a diverse design team, providing guidance and constructive feedback.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met efficiently.
