Story Teller Tea-Matcha-Coffee Barista

We are a Specialty Tea, Matcha & Coffee Experience bar in BALI, Indonesia with Slowbar setup ambience. Where we brew highest quality of tea, matcha and coffee from our direct sources either farm or farmer. We want to brew the best for our guests, as a Barista, we expect you can be the bridge through story telling to our Guests, about the tea, the matcha, the coffee, how it is being processed and produced by our Farmers and its origin, only through your story-telling, they will know what they drink.

We Are Hiring Matcha, Tea & Coffee Specialty Barista

Q U A L I F I C A T I O N :

1. Experienced in manual brew both coffee, matcha and tea.

2. Love to learn something new about matcha, coffee and tea, sharing knowledge.

3. Wide knowledge about matcha, tea, coffee and which food to match with. Details oriented.

4. You are comfortable to speak in English, live in Bali and ready to work ASAP.

5. Good communication and presentation skills, people person.

6. Customer service oriented, friendly and attractive personality.

7. Confidence to conduct a conversation about the product with customer.

IMPORTANT: The Job will be based on shift between Seminyak and Ubud, Bali
