Front Desk Staff

We are an Ecolodge located in Ubud, seeking for highly motivated person to join our team as a role of Front Desk Staff, with the following qualifications:

• Outstanding guest services skills
• Excellent communication skills (both in Bahasa and in English)
• Strong interpersonal skill and problem-solving abilities and a good team work.
• Highly responsible and reliable.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent; plus, one year of office clerical experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous customer service experience is required, preferably in a hotel environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a good team work.
• Multitasking abilities.
• Efficient time management skills.
